The following is meant to be a description of the common elements in most “day of packages.” This is not an exhaustive list. A complete and detailed list of services can only be compiled after an initial meeting. Thus, an exact price for your particular wedding package can only be calculated after an initial meeting.

Wedding Day Coordination
The Brilliant Package focuses on executing a wedding that has already been planned by the bride and groom. This package involves coordinating three wedding events: the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception (the rehearsal dinner is considered a separate event). A Girl’s Best Friend will spend a minimum of twenty hours (prior to the wedding) reviewing plans with the bride and groom, confirming contracts and generally becoming familiar with venues and vendors. We will then manage the vendors you have already selected and produce a master timeline that all vendors will be expected to follow to ensure that your wedding day runs smoothly.

The price of a “day of” package depends upon three main factors:
- how much time you have allowed between hiring us and the date of your wedding,
- the size of your wedding party and reception,
- and the locations involved in your wedding day.
